Computing and Research Services (CRS) provides computer support to all IBS personnel. Email with your computer questions.

Acquisitions, Setups, and Servicing: The computer support team routinely offers advice on computer hardware and software purchases, and they do the initial setups and installations. When computers malfunction, they diagnose the problems and arrange hardware repairs. They service email, networking, and Internet access problems, as well as printers, faxes, scanners and other peripheral devices.

IBS Supported Software: Only legitimate software that is authorized and legally purchased is supported by CRS. Much of the software commonly used by IBS personnel is available at reduced prices through site license or multi-user license agreements, or academic discounts.
